I’m so thankful a friend recommended Bradley’s when I had an issue with my water heater. They worked me in that day. They also installed my new Lennox Heat pump and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I use them for ALL of my plumbing and heating needs. Gary and Crystal are very professional and pleasant to work with. Job well done….

These guys are top notch! From the Office Manager to the Owner, to the techs in the field, they are excellent! I will use them for all of my HVAC and Plumbing!

Mr Bradley of Bradley's Plumbing and Heating did our job himself and did a great job of bringing order to my entire water system including the well pressure tank, the water heater and the water softener. He and his assistant did all of this in one day. Please ignore the wiring placement as I asked him not to rewire the system, just use the existing wiring and I would move it when I was ready.

Awesome awesome, A+++++great people great service. All the experience and then some .8/30/21Gary is AWESOME. Got us fixed up ready to go again .Change those filters guys is does make a huge difference, every 30 days oops 😉

I was clear I would pay you for your work - that was why you said you left. Now you tell me you left because you thought my plumbing was rigged up. It was not - I did have some problems with some contractors, but I do know the system and how it was working. So while not a plumber I agreed to pay you to help me diagnose the problem. At first you agreed and then simply left. The class was finished with your office manager. Please do not slander me because you got upset and simply abandoned me. I was more than willing to have any conversation before you left - you lost your willingness to communicate and simply left. Blessings to you and your business.

Family owned business and highly knowledgable, friendly, and professional. We recently purchased a home. We knew there were some issues. Called Bradley's. They came out, checked our issues, and set up a date to repair. They replaced our old gas water heater with a new electric heater. Then fixed our leaky bathtub. What a relief. We will be calling them to have them service our A/C unit and will use them to replace our A/C unit and inside air handler if required. Oh yea, and the prices are excellent compared to the competition. These are the go to folks in this area for this type or work. I highly recommend Gary and Crystal if you want your job done right.

I was having problems with my furnace and they came out to look at it very quickly. I needed to get a new furnace as the old one was putting out carbon monoxide. The price was reasonable and they were able to install it as soon as they could. The thing that impressed me the most is I cannot hear on the phone and they had no problem communicating with me by text throughout this process. A lot of places will not do that kind of service with me but they did and I appreciate what they did for me.

The receptionist has a delay for returning calls, you have to keep calling just to get an appointment. The above statement is my only complaint. They did come out the same day to look at my problem but decided to refer me to another company because they didn’t have the parts to fix right away and that the other companies specialize in Polaris combo systems and possibly could have had a quick solution. Gary was looking out for me to get my heat and hot water back on as soon as possible so I don’t blame him for doing it. Gary seems very knowledgeable and wants to help.

Bradley's Plumbing did a great job yesterday at my home. They were very efficient and was able to come earlier then originally scheduled. They exceeded my expectations on cleaning up afterwards as well, which was very important to me too. I highly recommend them!!!! It is such a great feeling to have local companies in our community that we can trust in our homes. Thanks so much Gary and Crystal for always coming through for me!!!!!

Bradley's P & H is the only company we call. They are outstanding and great to work with on ANY issue around P & H. I cannot say enough good things about Gary, Crystal, and their team! We highly recommend them!

I’ve used Bradley’s for severa years and wouldn’t want anyone else. Gary and Crystal are so nice and honest it’s like you have family helping you. They do quality work, take the time to explain the issues and options, and are up front about it all. The first time they were out was to install a new built-in dishwasher in a kitchen that had never had one, so it had to be tied in to the drain pipes. The last time they were out was because our AC unit froze up and the coils were almost completely clogged with pet hair. Gary was able to get it all cleaned out before it resulted in permanent damage to the unit. Then, he educated us on how the coils operate, how AC filters work and the best ones to use to prevent it from happening again - especially if you have pet hair in the house. I recommend Bradley’s Plumbing 100%!
